Direct Life = FitSpace

Direct Life is a small gadget that purportedly tracks all exercise / activity throughout one's daily routine. Their three minute video presentation could be an advertisement for FitSpace. The goal of this gadget is to monitor exercise that may be seamlessly integrated into one's daily routine. Without a test however, I'm not sure how it might distinguish (and score) the difference between a pull up and getting up off the couch. Never-the-less, the ability to effortlessly track progress through multiple motions and exercise related to calorie expenditure is a nice idea.
Check out the three minute video; it's pretty cool. This is what we focused on in the FitSpace class last season at the YMCA. Admittedly, class participants were athletes and the workload designed for each person was a bit more than taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
